Rev. Michael P. Wilcox a.k.a. Pastor Mike and his right hand lady, Miss Lisa
 | Pastor Mike and Lisa have been married for 17 years and have four beautiful daughters. Being Christians when they met, their lives have always been devoted to the Lord. Their focus is to be walking in the footsteps ordered by the Lord. They are completely sold out to the Lord! They both firmly believe that church is more than a club or entertainment. God's vision must be fulfilled by winning souls to Christ and equipping the body to reach out and be the extension of Christ. It is very important to them that they remain reachable to all people. This is their heart, to show a Christ that not only saves and changes lives but also brings joy and laughter. We shouldn't forget to mention how much they are in love with each other. They believe that without a strong marriage you cannot have strong church! |
Pastor Mike grew up in the ministry and has work in the body of Christ all of his life. Pastor loves leading praise and worship and plays several instruments including the piano. He loves teaching and preaching the word of God, and helping people reach new levels. He gives tools for growth, love and freedom by teaching the word in a fun and easy to understand method. Even our young people enjoy the messages and they stay awake too! His joy and laughter are contagious and in the face of changes and challenges his faith in the Lord never waivers.
Miss Lisa works behind the scenes being the jack of all trades. She loves to teach and minister the word of God. Her joy is found in opening up the word and making it easy for all to understand and receive. She as always desired to do a work for the Lord but her main focus is supporting her husband. She does get a little excited and loves to proclaim the glory of God and just how amazing her Jesus is. She may not be your typical Pastor's wife but I promise you this, that all are welcomed with open arms into her life! Her first ministry will always be being a wife and mother but she enjoys all of the gifts and callings that God has placed in hers and her family’s life.
Family.........We are so proud of our girls! Each are so different but they all have such a gift of God upon them. The whole house is always filled with singing songs unto the Lord. Except of course when it is interrupted by the occasional argument, with a house full of girls what can you except. We have been through a lot but in all of it they have amazed us by their strength and faith in God's promises. We could not ask for better children and we know if the Lord tarry's they will grow to be amazing and powerful servants for the Lord!!
